Not everyone has a sweet tooth, but dessert is always a good idea. Whether you want an after dinner snack or a treat in the afternoon, these are just a few of the best dessert spots in Tampa for you to try.
2206 East 7th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605
Snobachi, located in Ybor, takes a new spin on your typical ice cream. They don’t serve in scoops here, but in rolls. Rolled ice cream is a new trend in desserts and, if you haven’t already tried it, now is the perfect time and Snobachi is the perfect place. They have a huge menu with a ton to chose from and great prices. Check them out any day of the week, except for when they are closed on Monday.
505 North Tampa Street, Tampa, FL 33602
Although Dough Nation has been open for a few months now, it still seems to be a talk of the town. This dessert restaurant helps students of the Metropolitan Ministries Culinary Arts Program practice and money made from the store goes towards feeding the hungry in the community. This is the perfect place for your guilty pleasures without feeling guilty at all.
2602 South MaDdill Avenue, Tampa, FL 33629
Connected right to Datz, Dough is the perfect place to head to right after dinner or before if you are trying to mix things up a bit. They have things like homemade ice cream, gourmet cupcakes, and doughnuts. They also do speciality desserts and cakes if you are having an event in the near future.
717 South Dakota Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606
Not only does the Sprinkles in Hyde Park make the perfect Instagram opportunity outside their super cute Cupcake ATM, but their cupcakes are actually delicious and not ridiculously expensive. They make all their cupcakes in house and have a rotating list of flavors. This is also a great place to grab a dog-friendly treat for your puppy, so that they can have a little something, while you are having your little something.
