How often do you just stop what you’re doing, and say: “Thanks, dad, for everything.” How often do you just hang out and catch up with dear old dad? Spend some time celebrating dad this Father’s Day! Greater Ridgecrest Fathers, Men, and Boys Celebration
June 14, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Tell the men in your life to head to the Greater Ridgecrest Y in Largo for a morning of enrichment activities and workshops designed just for them. This event is free, and open to the entire community.
The Florida Aquarium
June 14-15, various times
Show dad the wonders of the sea for free with purchase of one paid admission.
Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo
June 14-15, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Go wild with dad, who will receive free admission to the zoo with the purchase of his son or daughter’s full priced admission. Tickets must be purchased on June 14th or 15th.
The Great Father’s Day Race
June 15, 8:00 a.m.
This family friendly 5K race and walk at Al Lopez Park celebrates dear old dad. Save $5 on registration by registering prior to the event day. Proceeds benefit the Halo Foundation.
Tampa Bay History Center Celebrates Dads
June 15, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Celebrate dad with free admission for him with one regular paid admission at the downtown museum which celebrates Tampa’s vast history.
Glazer Children’s Museum

Dad can embrace his inner child with free admission to the Glazer Children’s Museum!
Stu’s Annual Father Daughter Dance
June 15, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Dad and daughters aged 6-18 can dance the night away during this annual tradition at the T. Pepin Hospitality Centre in Tampa. The theme this year is Daddy’s Lessons of Life, Love, and Loyalty.
