Tampa Bay’s favorite Christmas Town is back at Busch Gardens!

By Rebecca Romzek, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Mix up some thrills with your chills this holiday season at Busch Gardens’ Christmas Town.

The holiday season is here and there’s no place filled with more Christmas cheer than Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay. Families can experience the joy and wonder of the season every day at Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay’s Christmas Town – a USA TODAY 10 Best Award winner for Best Theme Park Holiday Event.

As a part of this festive Tampa Bay tradition, park guests can enjoy millions of twinkling lights, the Sing-A-Long Train, holiday shows and of course visits with Santa and Rudolph® the Red-Nosed Reindeer every day starting Nov. 16 through Jan. 6, 2020 during Christmas Town.

New this year, guests can make merry mealtime memories at Breakfast with Elmo and Friends at Dragon Fire Grill. Families can enjoy hugs and high fives from their favorite Sesame Street friends as they celebrate the holidays with singing, dancing and delightful eats. Additionally, park guests can enjoy a new dining experience at Serengeti Overlook Restaurant at the Taste of the Holidays Buffet. While savoring the beautiful view of the Serengeti Plain and Cobra’s Curse, families can feast on holiday favorites at the park’s historic full-service restaurant. This new buffet menu features returning classic favorites, like our house-signature fried chicken and pumpkin cheesecake. The Breakfast with Elmo and Friends and Taste of the Holidays Buffet are available on select dates in November and December. Online reservations are recommended.

A trip to Christmas Town wouldn’t be complete without a visit with festive friends, including Jolly Old St. Nick! Come early with the whole family and make Christmas Town the unforgettable backdrop for your holiday card. Santa will be awaiting your visit at Santa’s House presented by Coca-Cola®Additional amazing photo opportunities are around every corner: the enchanting twinkling light tunnel leading into Stanleyville, all your favorite characters from Rudolph’s® the Red-Nosed Reindeer (watch out for Bumble!) and holiday princesses along the Christmas Town pathway.
