School’s Out Camp at Great Explorations: Hawaiian Adventures; April 14, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Sign up the kids for a fun camp showcasing treasures of the 50th state at Great Explorations in St. Petersburg. Campers will explore what makes Hawaii unique, from volcanoes and pineapples to hula dancing and coffee. Cost is $35 members per day and $40 per day for not-yet members. School’s Out Camp at MOSI: Accidental Discoveries; April 14, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Drop off the kids with the team at Great Explorations in St. Pete for a night of museum fun while enjoying date night or an errand run. The Pier 60 Sugar and Sand Festival; April 14-23, various times

Check out this popular Clearwater Beach event showcasing eleven of the world’s most talented sand sculptors. This year’s theme is FantaSEA, A Magical Adventure Above and Below the Sea. Admission to the sculpture exhibit is $10 for adults, $6 for students ages 6-17 and $8 for those 55 and older, military personnel, police officers, firefighters and teachers (with proper I.D.)
