Fruit & Almond Butter Breakfast Wrap

Preparing weekday breakfasts for the family can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. Here is a simple recipe, filled with protein and fresh fruit for an energizing start to the day.

Tampa Bay Parenting 2014 Breakfast Wrap


½ cup sliced strawberries
½ banana sliced
1 whole-wheat tortilla
1 tbsp almond butter


Spread 1 tablespoon of organic almond butter on a whole-wheat tortilla. Use crunchy almond butter for added texture and flavor. Then, evenly distribute the slices berries and banana on the tortilla. Roll up and enjoy!
