8th Annual “The Mother of All Baby Showers” is returning to Tampa Bay!

This is NOT your mother’s baby shower! The nation’s largest adults-only night out for expectant and new parents, “The Mother of All Baby Showers,” is returning to Tampa Bay for the 8th year on Friday, November 8 at 6:00pm for VIPs and 6:30pm for general attendees. The event, which will will be held at Glazer Children’s Museum and is in partnership with Women’s Care Florida, Invitae and Florida Prepaid, will bring together the expertise of local and national companies and will offer expectant and new parents an experience unlike any other.

The Mother of All Baby Showers is a true one-stop shopping experience for gathering useful information and resources, meeting other parents and parents-to-be, celebrating parenthood and getting pampering and gifted in the process. All of the hand-picked local and national brands represented at the event fit in perfectly as many were created by parents for parents. They have built success by listening to and educating parents, without passing judgment, and helping to instill confidence in their customers.

“I am proud to be bringing this event back to the Tampa Bay community, where MOABS was created, and to be partnering with major brands like Diono, Shipt, La Croix, OXO Tot, Pediatric Health Care Alliance and many other companies of all shapes and sizes,” said Amy Lundy, creator of The Mother of All Baby Showers. “Our event provides something for everyone whether you’re planning for a pregnancy, have a baby or getting ready to send your child to preschool.”

The event offers a huge opportunity for parents to prepare for the arrival of a new baby by learning some of the parenting basics and researching the many choices they will encounter as consumers. Educational sessions will cover self-care during and after pregnancy, pediatrics, car safety, must have products and more. The Test Before You Invest area gives attendees the chance to interact with a variety of the best maternity, juvenile and family-focused national and local companies and purchase items for exclusive one night only prices. The evening also offers tasty treats, mini spa treatments, The Mother of All SWAG Bags and giveaways valued at over $10,000.

The Mother of All Baby Showers is expected to attract more than 500 attendees, and will feature more than 25 different local and national companies, including Chicco, Enfamil, Fit4Mom, Cybex, Gift of College and Cabot, among other reputable products and services.

An event like The Mother of All Baby Showers is important to new parents because it empowers them with information around parenting and provides them the opportunity to speak first hand with brands and service providers about their products. We want everyone to learn, laugh and leave with confidence.” said Amy Lundy.

Tickets for the event are $20 for general attendees and $60 for VIP admission. VIP admission is limited to 100 people and includes an OXO Tot Mealtime Prep Set valued at $59, SWAG filled bag and early admission to the event at 6:00 p.m. Attendees can register by visiting .

The Mother of All Baby Showers (MOABS) is an annual adults-only one-of-a-kind experience for pregnancy, parenting and growing families to engage with organizations and companies that offer the best products, services, and expert advice for their families. 2019 marks the eight year of the event taking place in Tampa Bay. The first event took place in November 2012 in Tampa, Florida.
