Nature’s Food Patch Features Kids Events and Lifestyle Classes

Come down to Clearwater for a healthy lifestyle class or free kids event at Nature’s Food Patch.

This July, Nature’s Food Patch market & café is introducing weekly free events for children to their monthly event calendar.

Children and Family Events

July 5th and 30th bring the kids for music time with Brad Meyers of Mr. Brad’s Music. Mr. Brad will perform interactive music allowing the children to sing a long and dance while he plays a variety of musical instruments.

Children ages 3 to 11 can join Cameron Campbell of Warrior ONE Dunedin for yoga on Sunday July 8th. Participants will learn playful animal poses during this introductory yoga class.

July 16th Nature’s Food Patch presents Kids Story Time with music and crafts, hosted by Erika Davis of Usborne Book Buddy. This is a reoccurring event on the third Thursday of every month for children of all ages.

Get active at Zumbini: Zumba for Babies! This event on July 24th is a free 45-minute demo class for young children from infancy to age 4 and their guardians. Zumba for babies is intended to improve motor, cognitive, social, and emotional capabilities. It’s suggested to RSVP in advance for this session because attendance will be limited.

Something for the Parents

Nature’s Food Patch also holds an abundance of events for adults too. This location frequently offers free cooking classes hosted by professional guest instructors on topics such as the Paleo Diet, vegan, gluten-free cooking, and more.

Make it a date night and attend the Local Art + Wine Tasting night with artist Jason Durocher on July 13th. Attend Summer of Self Defense, a special $10 self-defense class on July 15th. Participate in their health seminars such as the free summer wellness class July 18th or the doctor led session on ways to decrease allergies and their side affects July 28th.

With an array of health seminars, cooking classes, and special events (oftentimes free), Nature’s Food Patch is dedicated to helping with and teaching our community about healthy diets and lifestyles.
