Santa Fest is coming to Tampa this Saturday at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park! The celebration kicks off with the 35th Annual Christmas Parade at 11 am. The parade steps off at Morgan Street and Madison Street. It will then march west on Madison Street to Ashley Drive before turning north and ending at Ashley Drive and Cass Street. Insider tip: The city says the best viewing spot is along Madison Street.
The celebration continues at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park from 12pm-4pm. Savor all of the sights and sounds of the holidays as the park is transformed into a winter wonderland. The event features FREE photos with Santa, make and take holiday crafts, holiday entertainment, and plenty of games and activities.
This is an annual event you don’t want to miss. While you are in the park, consider taking the kids ice-skating at the Winter Village! Ice skating during the event will only be $5, which includes skate rental. The skate sizes are as small as a 7/8 toddler shoe size. Learn more about the Winter Village here.
