Ingredients for Spicy Cilantro Shrimp:
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Combine paprika, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a bowl. Lightly sprinkle a pinch onto each shrimp but be careful not to add too much the taste might become too spicy. In a large skillet melt the butter over medium high heat and add in shrimp. Cook for two minutes on each side. Take the shrimp out once they form into a C shape. Toss the shrimp with fresh lime juice  and serve with Honey Lime Dipping Sauce.
Ingredients for Honey Lime Dipping Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
