The Best Outdoor and Sports Summer Camps in Tampa Bay

If your child is obsessed with sports or maybe you just want them to experience the great outdoors this summer, a summer camp focused on outdoor and active fun may be just for them!

We’re pulling together the best outdoor camps and sports camps in Tampa Bay from our 2022 Summer Camp Guide to help your child experience the best summer ever!

Fun-loving kids ages 3 and up may choose from themed day camps, STEM, sports and enrichment camps at Academy of the Holy Names’ Summer on Bayshore! Play chess, race robots, try calligraphy or code apps – with more than 100 half- and full-day camps, CAMP IDS has something for everyone! Weekly sessions run June 13-July 22. Students entering PreK3-8th grade will find engaging options in STEAM, sports, academics, arts and recreation. Camp J offers a variety of specialty camps and a traditional day camp experience.
